I've always been able to relate to Simon Peter. I mean, I'm sure most of us can. But more especially in recent years, God has been using the life of Peter as means to affirm me in my faith, much like how Jesus affirmed Peter on the beach by a campfire. So I was delighted to be given the chance to write these dialogues through the eyes of Peter.

My pastor had commissioned me, so to speak, to write three spoken words about these three different events that Peter experienced to go along with his sermon series. Once I had written and performed all three of them at my church, I knew I wanted to do more with them.

So here is "Peter."
